My name is Derek, I am discrete, and I care. I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist working with Think CBT in Norwich (NR7). Providing remote brief practical therapy to help people to help themselves find balance and improve their quality of life.

I have been in mental health work for three decades, allowing me the time to develop a broad range of clinical experience across both the NHS and private sector.

Over the years, I have learnt from extensive and varied psychotherapeutic training and practice to develop an in-depth knowledge and skills base.

I work full time in private practice as a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist with clients requiring expert brief and practical help to make the changes they seek.
