I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Psychotherapist, working with Think CBT in Somerset (BA5). I also provide CBT online via Zoom video link. I also offer clinical supervision to other CBT therapists. I am also an EMDR practioner.
I have over 35 years' experience and in addition to being a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, I am also an accredited supervisor with many years experience both in NHS and private settings. I am also an experienced trainer.
I am also a retired registered mental health and general nurse (NMC) (RMN, RGN) and my degree is in Health Studies. My main CBT training was with the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre (Oxford University) in 1994.
I have experience working with a wide range of difficulties, such as Abuse, Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Grief, Health Anxiety, OCD, Panic Disorder, Specific Phobias, PTSD, Self-Esteem Problems, Sleep, Social Anxiety and Work-Related Stress.
