My name is Ilknur, I am a BABCP accredited Compassion focused CBT and European & UK accredited EMDR Therapist with more than 15 years of experience working with the NHS and in private practice. I provide evidence based and solution focused therapy to help my patients process their experiences, overcome emotional suffering, achieve emotional wellbeing and live a meaningful life.
