My Name is Karl and I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, working with Think CBT online from my consulting room in Cheshire (CW5)

I have been working in Mental Health since 2003 in both NHS and private organisations holding a variety of different roles from therapist to management.

Within this time I have gained extensive experience working with clients presenting with a variety of depression, anxiety conditions such as OCD, PTSD, BDD, Habit disorders, Social anxiety and many more.

I have developed my practice further by training in EMDR Parts 1,2,3 since 2015 providing specialist trauma therapy for clients with single and complex trauma presentations. I have further training within CBT for long term conditions and therapy for Children and Young persons.

I utilise evidence-based therapy treating clients from Children young persons, adults and families.
I find my knowledge and experience has helped clients fulfil their therapy goals allowing for long term changes.
