My name is Louise and I am a fully qualified, BABCP accredited Psychotherapist, working with Think CBT in my clinic in Colchester, Essex (CO1). I also provide CBT and EMDR online via Skype and video link.

I have over 19 years experience working within the NHS in the capacity of Mental Health Nurse and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I hold a post graduate diploma in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and specialist qualification in EMDR as well as a degree in Mental Health Nursing. I have worked in a variety of settings, such as the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies service delivering CBT to clients with depression, generalised Anxiety disorders. I have successfully worked with conditions such as depression, generalised anxiety, OCD, post traumatic stress and health anxiety.

Since qualifying in EMDR, I now also work with clients  attempting to overcome a wide range of trauma and traumatic experiences and those diagnosed with PTSD.
