My name is Tim, I am a fully qualified and BABCP-accredited CBT therapist working with Think CBT from Hove, BN3. I ahve worked as a CBT Therapist for over 15 years both privately and for the NHS.

I’m a CBT therapist with a special interest in ADHD and neurodiversity. I know how exhausting it can feel to live with constant self-criticism, perfectionism, or low self-esteem — challenges that often go hand in hand with ADHD. My aim is to make CBT practical, flexible, and tailored to you, so that strategies fit your life and personality rather than expecting you to fit a rigid model.

Alongside my work with ADHD and neurodivergent clients, I also have alot of experince of supporting people with a wide range of common mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, health worries, and stress. I particularly enjoy helping clients break free from rigid, all or nothing or perfectionsit  patterns and discover kinder, more sustainable ways of achieving their goals.

In our sessions, we’ll focus on what really matters to you — simplifying techniques, building confidence, and finding tools you can actually use day-to-day. My approach is collaborative and supportive, with an emphasis on helping you create long-term changes that feel both realistic and empowering.
